Ricciardi's Balsamic Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Directions
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbl. sp. chopped garlic
1 tbl. sp. oregano
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups olive oil
Put all ingredients into blender except olive oil and blend on high for 1- minute. While blending, slowly add olive oil in a slow steady stream until gone. Just be patient and use a nice slow steady stream. Blend for 1 minute.
