Entrees are served with your choice of today's pasta, baked potato, or red beans and rice and your choice of soup or salad and our wonderful toasted garlic bread. Cajun blacken and steak, salmon, or halibut for one dollar. Add sauteed mushrooms and onions, melted Gorgonzola cheese, Cajun seasoning, and BBQ sauce to make it "Bayou Blues Style" for three dollars.

Friday and Saturday Night Slow Roasted Prime Rib
We cover it in a special home made dry rub of herbs and spices, then slow roast it for over five hours, leaving it juicy and tender and full of wonderful flavor. Each cut is served Au jus with a creamy horseradish sauce.
